National Maritime Museum in Galle is dedicated to the country's rich maritime heritage.

Located on Queens Street within the historic Galle Fort, the museum features exhibits on maritime trade, traditional fishing techniques, and marine ecosystems, including diverse flora and fauna.

Established in 1992, it is housed in a Dutch warehouse built in 1671.
